Attendance for not Odoo users

Question

In my job there are many workers that not use odoo because they work on machines, painting room, etc. But they do attend and had task that they fill by hand.
How can we load that info for payroll?
I did create the employee, as far I want to create an attendance or action it would tell me that has no user related to this employee.

no es necesario que el usuario acceda al sistema para marcar su asistencia. puedes hacer integracion con un dispositivo biometrico o los oficinistas de Recursos humanos podrían ingresar las marcas pero necesitas tener a tu gente ingresada en el sistema para marcar la asistencia y calcular las nominas.
