Apply access rule to see only contact created by user

I write an access rule to allow users only see the contacts that created by him
and there is no error and but not work the user still see all contacts:
name ="domain_force" > [('create_uid','=',user.id)]

You need to check the other existing rules that could be applying to the user because the access it's determined by all rules that may apply
Also check with other user different than admin
