After creating a Payment Term, how can I use it in a Quote?

I went to Accounting > Miscellaneous > Payment Terms and created term "60 Days Net" based on "30 Days Net". They are identical except 30 has been replaced by 60 in every field. It is set to Active.

I can now use "60 Days" in a customer's configuration.

But, "60 Days" doesn't appear as an option when creating a Quote. So, what setting have I overlooked?

Hi Giles. Please check whether the Payment Term is 'Active'. If so, then it will get listed under 'Other Information' tab on the Quotation form.

I edited the question to mention that the Term is set to Active. Please note that if it had not been set to Active then I could not have included it in a Customer's configuration. That said, I just tried it and it worked. Nothing has changed since the last time I tried it except the passage of time. Maybe the DB needed time to digest the change.

I tried again the next day. I created a new Sales Quote and the "60 Days" showed up as an option. So, if this happens to you, hit refresh, restart your browser, get a coffee, turn 3 times, and throw a pinch of salt over your shoulder.
