Good morning gentlemen,
I purchased this module on 13/05/2022, but to date I cannot use it due to its malfunction, from the manufacturer I always have the same answer, we will solve the problem, but to date still nothing, they ask me for videos etc .., from May to today august, i can't use forms, what does it mean to you when you pay for something that doesn't work, and then zero assistance from odoo.

You could always report the issue within 60 days if the app is not working as per the description, the company will either solve the issue or refund the money.

Use "You bought this module and need support? Click here! " on the app page

You can ask for odoo intervention and raise a ticket, odoo gives 15 days to the developer to solve the issue. The buyer can only request intervention from Odoo within 60 days of the purchase.

I reported it, but they keep replying that they will fix the problem or that the app works for them, I've been going on like this since May, they keep making excuses, but the app doesn't work. And full of bugs

In my experience, odoo intervention support is pretty good
