We need to introduce 2-factor authentication here. Personally, I've been using Google Authenticator for some time now and I'm getting on well with it. However, not all employees have a company mobile phone and we don't want to use their private ones.

Are there any other ways of generating the second factor apart from using a mobile phone? (Email?)
