I have been using other CRM platforms, and they have features of having Blueprints where we can automate the business process by defining each process in a step-by-step manner. Example we can define the Lead Collection in step by step procedure to ensure all information is collected / all tasks are completed and I can create a blueprint such that when a lead is created, few questions pop up and the user has to fill it before he can move the lead from New to Qualified stage. Is there such a feature in Odoo CRM or is there a way we can have the same feature as of Blueprints. 

The other thing I could not find is having a formula field by editing in Studio. In Odoo there are predefined templates for text, integer, checkbox, date time and many others. Likewise, can we have a Custom field or is there a default field where I can create a formula. (For example, There is a lead with $10,000 revenue and I want to create a field which calculates the commission for it. So is there a formula field which calculates it automatically. Ex.  when revenue is $10,000 and the commission is 10% the formula field should show $1000).
