Teleprince partners with several brands. As an official Bang & Olufsen retailer, our main objective is to provide our customers with top-quality B&O products and excellent service. Nevertheless, we also work with other brands such as Loewe, LG, Control 4, KNX, Origin Acoustics, Video Projector "SIM2," cinema screen "Stewart," to deliver luxury audiovisual solutions.

Challenges  

TelePrince has three stores located in different locations in Belgium. Stock management must be ensured across multiple warehouses, allowing for internal transfers. Products must be tracked by batch and serial number.

TelePrince also needs to establish communication with the internal B&O software; every week, sales and stock levels must be reported to TelePrince. Different invoice templates are used for each store and according to customer preferences.

Customizations et developments 

We implemented specific barcode development to optimize product management and set up a connector using B&O and Odoo APIs to report stock levels on a weekly and automatic basis.
