The challenges

Ecoworld wanted to have an overview of their solar panel inventory and manage the costs involved. A strong logistics policy was required to provide clarity on the flow of panels. The result: The project is still ongoing... We look forward to updating the results! 

The solution

The technicians receive their schedule with an installation file and a list of the major materials needed for the installation. A stock management by van has been set up with scanning. A solution has yet to be put in place for the follow-up of small materials.
