Challenges: Integration with Outlook mail server and capture of leads from different mails.
Solution: We have given a complete solution for tracking incoming mail and converting the mail to leads. The system will only convert the potential emails as leads, others will be marked Junk, generic, or job-related mail automatically. So the sales team will be able to work on the leads effectively.

Challenges: The main challenge in this project was uploading of the images with huge size and massive data, by odoo default functionality there are some restrictions when uploading huge file data.
Solution: Before Odoo Athoor team managed all their business in an Excel sheet, with Odoo modules like Rental Management, Inventory management, Purchase Management and accounting. All the operations come under a single platform and lots of double data entry work is solved. Once a quotation is created for a rental order it can easily converted to an order and an invoice can generated, along with that any outsourced products taken from different vendors are also easily managed.
