EPIC’s Challenge:
Epic approached Infosoft with a specific need – the optimization of their operational processes in the Retail and Hospitality sector. EPIC faced challenges in managing their supply chain effectively and required customization of the Point-of-Sale system to enhance daily operations in a resort tuck shop.
Infosoft Solution:
Infosoft addressed EPIC's challenges by implementing Odoo's comprehensive Purchase, Sales, Accounting, and Inventory modules. Additionally, the Point-of-Sale system was customized to specifically enhance daily operations in a resort tuck shop. For each company, the Purchase and Sales modules seamlessly integrated into their supply chain, and the implementation of the Maldives Accounting Chart of Account, along with adherence to local tax regulations, optimized their financial processes. The Inventory module efficiently managed a wide range of products, contributing to newfound control in their business processes. This led to increased productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency, setting the stage for EPIC companies to thrive in their respective industries.
