Archer implemented Odoo to run StoreX's operations end to end. App orders flow into Odoo Sales and Inventory to be picked, packed and dispatched to riders within the delivery window. Inventory tracks stock levels, reordering, and lot and expiry dates, while Purchase manages replenishment from suppliers. Accounting reconciles the cash riders collect on delivery and gives management live visibility of sales, margins and cash.
