StoreX Grocery is a Cairo-based online grocery app that delivers fresh produce, beverages, dairy and household essentials within 30–60 minutes, with orders placed through its mobile app or website and payment available as cash on delivery. The business depends on fast order fulfillment, accurate stock across its fulfillment points, and careful handling of perishables with short shelf lives. Archer implemented Odoo to run StoreX's operations end to end. App orders flow into Odoo Sales and Inventory to be picked, packed and dispatched to riders within the delivery window. Inventory tracks stock levels, reordering, and lot and expiry dates, while Purchase manages replenishment from suppliers. Accounting reconciles the cash riders collect on delivery and gives management live visibility of sales, margins and cash.
