About the jobs
Business Advisor
Be the main contact of our potential clients adopting a consultative sales approach and guide prospects by actively driving the sales process WITHOUT PROSPECTING ⚡
Concretely, you will:
- Become an expert at using Odoo and acquire technical/functional knowledge
- Handle the entire sales cycle without prospecting for new customers
- Receive leads, engage and qualify prospects
- Analyse customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain points
- Provide customers with a tailor made demonstration of the software
- Create customized offers and negotiate contract terms
- Manage the closing of the account and after-sales period
Business Analyst
Engage with clients to implement Odoo across various apps!
This role include tasks like:
- analyzing client needs and suggest solutions
- delivering personalized training sessions
- play a key role in supporting the growth of our partner network, coaching partners worldwide, and handling long-term projects, with potential progression to Project Director 😎
- working on diverse projects simultaneously
- never stop learning!
Experience in Accounting, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, e-commerce, or Marketing is a plus, enhancing your ability to implement Odoo comprehensively. Field experience and a few years of expertise are valued for this dynamic role 🔥
MUST HAVE 🎯
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English
- Work permit in Italy
- 0-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Knowledge and/or experience in the field
- Ability to learn and evolve quickly
