I carry several products whose names are often abbreviated when searching. Can I setup keywords for products so that the search bar on my website will show the products associated with the shorthand? I tried using the "Product Tags" but it does not seem to do anything for the search results.

Well, you can find your competitor and then, according to them and then with use of tools such as Semrush and Ahrefs you can also find our keywords for your website.
