Hello, 

I'm using odoo 15 and I would like to Sign app to send several documents for signature to cutomers.

Those document have a lot of different length, but has always to contain some informations and it must always be signed at the end.

To win time, is there a way to incorporate some kind of "tags" in my pdf, defining which type of file it is, which role to use (perhaps the width and height of the field)?

Then, I will only have to upload the PDF and Odoo will automatically add the field in the right place?

In ODOO 15, you can use the e-signature app to send several documents for signature to customers. To streamline the process and save time, you can use tags to define the type of file, the role to use, and the width and height of the signature field in the PDF.

  1. Create the template for the PDF document: In this step, you will create the template for the PDF document that you want to send for signature. This template should include placeholders for the signature field, where you can insert the tags.
