Hi there fellow Odooers,


I enter the project module where i have 3 new projects (A,B and C).

In each project there are column title's: "to do" , "busy" and "done". 


Now there are in each project 4 different divisions working on each project. Drilling,welding,painting and assembly. 


Now i (as manager) want to see per project how everything runs at a glance. No problem, i log in on my manager odoo, select project module, select project and voila.

 

The problem is that my collegue drilling,collegue welding etc wants to see what they have to at a glance. So what they do is they sign in at their own odoo account. They dont want to open a project to see what they have to do, but they want to see all the tasks they have to do including in which state the tasks are( to do, busy, done) 


How should i group/filter/ do this? I have tried this option

--> group on: assigned to AND filter "my tasks"

But than i only got a list, i cant set directly: todo, busy or done.
