When i open my shop, the last cash balance is comming in a windows. I don't need to seed it every day..
It's giving me all the amount i receve since the first using of the shop. The amount is growning up everyday.

Hi !
Yeah it's quite normal. 
When you decide to take cash out. You must use the buttun "Cash in/out" on the top left of the POS interface.

If you're not using it, Odoo will consider the cash is still on the box.

Let's take an example : 
day 1 opening : 100$
day 1 paied by cash : 75$
day 1 ending : 175$ (no cash out)

Day 2 opening : 175$ (if they didn't disapeared during night)
Day 2 paied by cash : 525$
Cash out : -600 (bank deposit for example)
Day 2 closing : 100$

and so on...
