Every week, I deliver my production (food) to my client restaurants. At each delivery I collect the unsold products of the previous week and I write a credit note.
I thought I could use Odoo to manage this work more easily, but I can't do it. I installed the "POS" application, I can now create orders with the products I deliver but I can't take back the products. Returns seem to work for the current order and do not take into account the orders placed.
What I want to do is:
- week 1: I drop off 10 items
- week 2: I deposit 10 articles and take back 3 of them.
Do you know how I could do it? (With the POS or another application.
Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for using Odoo PoS.
Maybe this video can help you with your problem: https://www.odoo.com/slides/slide/return-and-refund-products-631
Kind regards,
yes thank you Ludvig, i've already seen it but I do not have the same behavior when I click the "+/-" button.
Hi Sébastien,
Around 3:03, she shows you another way than just clicking on +/-.
hey Ludvig. Yes, this is another way but my deliverers only have access to the POS. I wanted them to sell product and consign unsold from previous sales in the same interface.
Well, then I think that asking for a demo would be the best. Doing so, you will be able to ask questions for your specific use case and maybe find another solution than the PoS app :)
