We are trying to use the "Pick then Manufacture" route so that when a sales order is generated it creates a pick session and then a manufacturing order so we can fulfill the order.

However when I use this route it creates the MO but in the transfer section and no work orders show up in my Work Centers. Any Ideas what I'm doing wrong here?

The Rules in my "Pick then Manufacture" Route are as follows:

Pull From    DH-LI/Stock -> DH-LI/Pre-production

Pull From    DH-LI/Pre-production -> Virtual Locations/Production

When I create a test sales order this is what generates under "transfers"

Reference                         From                                            To
DH-LI/OUT/00043      DH-LI/MFG Complete           Partner Locations/Customers
DH-LI/MO/00010        DH-LI/Pre-Production           DH-LI/MFG Complete
DH-LI/PC/00006         DH-LI/Stock                          DH-LI/Pre-Production

But no work order shows up in my work center.

Any ideas on what I need to do to use the "Pick them Manufacture" route and have the work orders generated in my work center?

Thanks so much

For work orders to be created, you need to define the operations on the product BOM. It is on the 'operations' tab of a BOM.

Pick then manufacture would create an inventory operation to track picking of components from stock

Did you link the manufacturing routing with the BOM?
