Hello, everyone!

About a year ago, I decided to change my line of work and retrain from being a system administrator (20+ years of experience) to an ODOO consultant.
I've been learning ODOO and Python (in-depth) for a year now. I've watched all the training videos, taken Partner Onboarding: Project Leader and Accounting Smart Class, done some uncomplicated ODOO test projects, and studied additional books on accounting, project management, etc. From experience as a systems administrator, I know how necessary certifications are to the employer (and the consultant himself). When I tried to pass the ODOO certification (unsuccessfully), I encountered several unpleasant and even strange things.

1. The certification designed for a matured consultant with a lot of practical experience. It is done in such a way as to cut off the entrance for newcomers. It is a vicious circle - I can not get a job, because I can not quickly prove any knowledge of ODOO without a certificate. On the other hand, I can't get hands-on ODOO skills for the certificate without having any real projects.

2. It takes about 1 minute to answer a question, even a complicated one related to accounting (where specific terminology is not always understood by a foreigner). Is this acceptable if the vendor wants to expand the number of consultants?

3. ODOO lacks a formed guide to preparing for certification. There are no labs or test projects with detailed instructions for training. Years ago I worked with Microsoft, Cisco, and HP engineer training courses - where the student was given all the knowledge and practical skills needed to pass the exam.

4. ODOO, unlike other vendors, has no certification levels. The certification is either not issued at all or requires very solid experience. With other vendors, I can gradually go through the stages of certification, but at least I have something to start with.

So I have some questions.

1. How does a novice consultant enter this market? How do I prepare and get certified to get a job and develop as an ODOO professional quickly?

2. Does ODOO plan to prepare a comprehensive training course for certification, confirming the level of a "junior" consultant?

I am interested in your advice as well as the opinions of ODOO employees.
