I would like to add the following fields to the "Contacts" database: 
Education Association -> Level

It should look like this: 

Contact: 
Education Association -> Level1 
Education Association -> Level2 
Education Association2 -> Level1 
Education Association2 -> Level4 
Education Association3 -> LevelX

Unfortunately, I am not able to find the solution using Studio. I am able to display the Education Association, but not with the sublink.
