Route orders to the correct warehouse

Question

Hi there,

We've been told during our demo call that it would be possible to route orders to the correct warehouse based on the country of the customer and the stock status.
Example:
- orders to Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany -> fulfilled by our Belgian warehouse if all products are in stock
- orders to Spain & Portugal -> fulfilled by our Spanish warehouse if all products are in stock
- overseas orders -> fulfilled by our international warehouse if all products are in stock

prerequisites: "Multi-Warehouses", "Multi-Step Routes" enabled in inventory App configuration, multi-warehouse have setup in those countries.
1. create a pull rule. example: Belgian: Stock → Customers
2. create a route, with the previous rule.
example: warehouse = Belgian; Rules, the pull rule specified in step 1.
it is just a concept, please configure it with your own workflow. You can also visualize the route using the "Routes" feature attached to products.
