I want to modify an article's location (KOE/Stock to VIT/Stock).
I tried by select my article in KOE/Stock and clic "Mettre à jour le stock disponible".
I can modify the location thanks to drop-down list but the form don't apply this modification.
I'm in Odoo 9 version.

My problem was solved : it was just necessary to precise quantity of article
not directly answer your question, but Odoo 9 has already out of support. (2018)
currently, there are 3 versions under support v12 (schedule to phase out within this year 2021), v13 and v14.
