How do I activate the "Generate Offer Link" button in the recruitment app?

You need to ensure you have installed "hr_module_salary" module
To install the Salary Configurator module, search for hr_contract_salary and make
sure to remove the “Apps” filter in order to find it.

You should upload the Sales Configurator module from the Apps.
