i have seen that 2 Factor is @default installation available on Odoo 14. But what is with odoo 13? I did not find any plugin for 2 Factor auh. Isn't there one?

Yes its true, 2 Factor Authentication is not default available in Odoo 13.
You can find from Odoo Apps store:
https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/browse?search=2FA
Some of application are free of cost.
