XmlHttpRequestError Proxy Timeout ( The connection timed out. )
I have my OpenERP instance running in an high end server. But it is not ubuntu. It is actually windows OS.
I often get this XmlHttpRequestError Proxy Timeout error message after the browser waits ( loading )for more than 20 seconds.
How to rectify this problem??
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi friends,
I just tested Openerp from my ubuntu server. It is really fast and I dont get even a single error that I was getting previously. The problem may be that Ubuntu is the official OpenERP development platform as well as suggested platform for implementation.
Though windows is supported, It is not fully equal to the performance that OpenERP gets in a ubuntu server.
So, My problem is solved for now. But my answer may not give solution for those who can not move to ubuntu. But you have no other go until OpenERP provides a solution.

Thanks guys. I will try to increase the proxy_read_timeout 300; in the configuration and let you know the status.
