Looking for some workflow idea for selling products wich needs to be designed for a client before purchasing or producing. Our company sales label for clothes. We are producing those in house. After selling label items we need to design the look for those and after the look is accepted by client we need to print those in several steps of manufacturing. Other products we design and print elswhere so we need to make purchase order for those but only after the design is accepted by our customer. 

For now we can sell the product and designing service wich generate task but it is not connected that the production is not starting after the acceptance. 

Any ideas on that?

Thank you Ricardo for the idea but it is to simple for us. we need the stock and materials for producing and sometimes several files provided by customer, some of them are not images. I am not sure that in the task there are those notes provided by customer. My employee would need to go step back from task to sale order to check those information every time.
