I have got work orders which involve brewing for 4 days, i.e, 96 hrs. However, my scheduled end time for that operation is taking much more than 4 days to finish the task.
Also, few tasks within a work centre have different requirements, like 9 hrs a day, and 11 hrs a day. How do I add this variability into my planning?
You can assign working hours for each work center from work center settings.
To create the different working hours calendar/ schedule switch to developer mode.. Settings > Technical > Working Times
