We currently have an issue when we print an invoice, receipt, sales order, etc. document printed out should be normally being generated in pdf format. But once or twice a day system stop to print out documents in pdf and change to word format. We would really like to find out the root cause of this issue. I wonder if somebody else suffered this same issue and fixed it? Thanks in advance!
