I bought the subscription, created the database, and added the subscription code to that. but for the last 9 days, there has been an error on my database saying that "Subscription is pending, and deactivated in 21 days".

How to solve this?

I tried everything like:

1) I submitted a ticket Last Wednesday which is the 10th of April 2024, but I still not get any reply after 6 days. 

2) I tried to call the emergency helpline number two times, and both times their voice was not audible because there was too much background noise on their side, I did not get a solution from them as well.

3) I tried to do live chat and the customer agent said that the technical team would contact me. 

now my question is when the technical team will contact me? In the future if there is any emergency happens where I have to go? Solving this little issue takes this much of a time and still it is not solved yet.
