Why the account_cancel module is not available in odoo 13?

Question

The *account_cancel* module is not available for installation in odoo 13.0. Was it replaced with another solution in the new version or it's not yet upgraded?

I installed the OE13 edition and found out that entries can be resetted to draft ....
This is simply not legal...even if there is a checkbox that can prevent that
A posted entry should be reverted not resetted to draft

Odoo changed the object to *account.move* instead  of *account.invoice*.So now your whole invoice (Customer Invoice / Vendor Bill) will be treated as journal entry.*Reset to Draft* button will be change the status journal entry as *unpost*.The code of reset to draft is by default.So not necessary to install account_cancel module by seperate.
