I am having trouble getting my Epson TM-T70ii printer to work with Odoo v15 online.
I have configured IP address in POS app settings.
I have set up self-signed certificate as demonstrated in Odoo's tutorials.
The printer works fine when printing from other apps such as MSoffice.
However, when trying to print a receipt from Odoo iOS (on iPad as well as on Mac and PC) we get the error message "Printing failed - please check if printer has enough paper and is ready to print".
We got a new printer roll, it is still not working.
Any ideas what we might be missing?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project management
- MRP

After connecting the printer open browser and type the IP address of the printer and provide the username and password of the printer in the prompt which appears. After logging in enable pos printing from the settings
Thanks for answer, I did all that already.
In the meantime I could make the printer work when using Odoo in browsewr (chrome/edge on Windows 10, not on firefox though), but in iOs app (iPad) it still doesn't work. The iPad can not find the printer (other network printers appear in the list), strangely test-printing through the Epson app works. any idea why iOs is not recognizing the printer?
