I've been having problems with my email server (We´re using Office 365). I've found that odoo is not compatible with Odoo online, but with Odoo on-premise. Sincerely, I have no idea what's that, I've searched and there's Odoo.sh, Odoo on-premise, Odoo online... I don't know their differences and even which one we have.
The only thing I know is that I have Odoo 12.0+e Enterprise

Odoo Online means if you have an account on odoo.com and your database setup in there.
Odoo.sh is a cloud platform managed by Odoo. You don't have to worry about the server.
Odoo on-premise mean you are hosting it on your cloud or in your in-house system / server.
Just to confirm, we have or Odoo on mycompany.odoo.com, so we have Odoo online?
Then, how to configure email servers with Office 365?
