Hello, I need to know which users are counted to calculate the number of users of an Odoo license.
Is a user created but never logged in (shown in blue in Odoo) counted too?

Odoo license user will be considered based on user type.
Internal User (Paid User/License User)
Portal (Free User) limited access
Public (Free User) limited access
