Which Facebook Form Leads and TikTok integration works?

Question

Hello Odooers.
My leads come from META Facebook Lead Forms and Tiktok.

I have no been able to get Zappier to work, apparently it does not work with self hosted enterprise v16

So i have been looking for the apps on the Odoo app store.
But there are several and no comments about them.
Anyone has one working that can comment on?
I need the lead/opportunity created as soon as it comes in META or Tiktok with the data from the form.

all comments and suggestions are welcomed.

Adding Leads is crucial for recrouting. We also use enterprise v16 (updating to v18 in 2025) and would like to see a tiktok integration as well. Currently testing
Odoo CRM Facebook Leads | Facebook Page Leads Connector | Odoo Apps Store [1] for Meta Leads, but they don't have a solution for TikTok. Any good experiences appreciated!
