please kindly advise where is the file or location to edit the Delivery Slip layout and content etc.
It is strange that the translated content seem appearing but I am not sure whether it is pulling the old record out or something else.

It is a qweb view type that you can find in the views menu. if you look at its xml, you will see that it calls report_delivery_document view. You can customize that one either directly in the developer mode or better, inherit it and add/edit what you want(refer to http://www.odoo.yenthevg.com/inheriting-and-modifying-qweb-reports/) .
