I am watching a book called "Working with Odoo". The book uses Odoo 8. In the page 169, It talk about "Defining menus for your group", but I cannot find the Group setting. Where is the group setting in Odoo11?

In Odoo, you give users permissions by assigning them to groups. Once a user is assigned to a group, they have all the permissions and options that are associated with that group.

The Groups under the Users section on the left. I cannot see the group setting in Odoo 11.

Should I set somethings to show the Group setting item?
