I have setup an incoming email that creates a task in a support project. The notification to the customer goes out within 5 minutes, but the project followers do not receive the email for an hour. I looked around the settings in developer mode, but cannot seem to find that setting. Could someone point me in the right direction.

Hi,

If you click on the followers, you can see that you see a bell button where it shows which are the lists to be ticked for notification. You can try over there.
