Are there any plans of merging https://github.com/odoo/owl into odoo core? If yes, has any release date been fixed?

Hi Kirtan,
This work is already in progress actually. See https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aopen+owl to keep track of the changes.
Owl will be introduced in Odoo V14 for some of the functionalities (such as menuitems, some widgets, graph renderes, ...).
The rest of Owl will be added in Odoo V15.
