I have installed the WhatsApp module on Odoo SaaS 16.3. So far it seems to work, but we can't get it to work anymore on our Android mobile phone. It's the same mobile number.
So far I know WhatsApp can run on up 4 devices with the same number.
We don't receive the verification code via SMS. If we select phone call. WhatsApp is unreachable and we should try it again in one hour.
Did someone got it running with the same number on both devices?
Hello, you will not be able to use the same number on your Android cell phone for WhatsApp.
Therefore, you will not receive the SMS or the call.
The API allows the use of WhatsApp only from Oddo through templates.
