Hello Odoo Community,

I am currently exploring ways to create a test environment in Odoo, and I would appreciate any insights and recommendations from the community.

Objective: I am looking to clone an existing Odoo website to another domain and utilize it as a testing environment. My goal is to implement changes, updates, and test new features on this duplicate site before applying them to the live site.

Questions:

What is the most effective way to clone an Odoo website to another domain?

Are there any best practices or specific tools within Odoo that can simplify the process of creating a test environment?

How can I ensure that the cloned site remains synchronized with the live site for ongoing testing purposes?

Your experiences and advice on creating a test environment in Odoo will be invaluable to me and others who may be undertaking a similar project. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Title edited. "Test environment" is not a question.
We over 1,000 posts a month and not everyone will open a post to find out what your question is.
I have edited your post to make the title a question.
In the future, please consider using a Question that makes it clear what you ask without requiring people to open your post, as this will often increase the chances people will respond and make everything clearer for others looking for the same answer.
