I want to use the "add to cart" and "checkout" features of odoo 10 ecommerce, but the widely used and most preferred method of payment here in the Philippines is thru bank deposit. For example, I want to book a hotel that I found online but they don't have an online payment. Below are the steps before they confirm my booking.

1. I'll ask for hotel's bank account where I can deposit my payment.

2. I'll wil then inform the hotel once I'm done depositing the money.

3. The hotel will verify my payment (if it was really transferred to their bank account)

4. Once received, the hotel will call/chat me to confirm my booking.

What is the best way to do online payments in odoo 10 wherein the order status will be marked as "pending" at first until the merchant/seller confirmed the payment? Once verified, the order status will be changed to "confirmed".

Thank you in advance.

You can create a payment method configured as the one in attach ie Order confirmation = N automatic confirmation.

The online visitors will proceed to checkout, select that payment method and confirm. Since the configuration is set "No automatic confirmation", a quotation will be created and in pending state. A salesperson will thus need to manually confirm the quotation when they will get proof of payment from their bank statements.
