I am not clear on the level of integration with email included with Odoo, Does it function as a full fledged email client for all communication similar to something like SugarCRM or is it just capturing some communication? Does it capture interoffice communication?
What I am trying to avoid is some email pertaining to a customer ending up in some random persons outlook box and the rest in odoo. If there is a video walk through or something explaining the integration level it would help me a lot.
