I have seen similar group definitions in the source code. Can some one help me understand the following?

What do "implied_ids" and ref= "base.module_category_hidden" mean?

what are differences in "group_mrp_manager" and "group_mrp_routing"? 

I cannot see in "group_mrp_routing" in Settings|Groups|Manufactuing|Access Rights. what is the purpose of "group_mrp_routing"
