What is the best combination of modules to get a Maintenance Management Solution (CMMS) ?

We need to be able to:

Manage Asset, Bills of Materials & Routings
Manage External Services
Manage Costs of Maintenance & Assets
Manage Stock issue & Entry
Manage Purchasing (Request, Order & Receipt)

Hi again

I precise that we have Installed MRO, MRO PM & CMMS Modules but the Following functionalities are missing:

Managing  Resources (Technicians & Engineer)
Managing  Maintenance Routings
Managing Asset and Work Order Cost
