We have integrated Zoom, Microsoft Teams with Odoo for online Appointments. The same can be used for scheduling live sessions as well.

Not really. You could try to plan a live Youtube call, add the Youtube URL to a course and see if it is live-shown when the user comes on the page. Not sure, just a thought ;)
