i configured the emails and they are working good, except for emails that are sent to a user.

emails sent to "sales@domain.com" are working, creating a new lead or replying to one. great.

emails sent to "user@domain.com" as a reply with a "RE: header" working. But what is with emails send to a user without the reply?

i dont see them anywhere.
