I have problems with
the Websitebuilder (O15 - Test-Account) with saving of some of the content of the "Contact-Form":
A) Although I changed the content of the field "EMail" to blank, my own EMails appears again and again....
B) Although I changed the text of the field "Company" (German version: "Firma") to "Your Company", the text "Firma" appears again and again....
Other changes in this form made fine.

A) The email is automatically pre-filled if the user is logged in and has an email address.
B) The labels leverage the "Translation" feature in Odoo. To change the label, login as admin, go to the Contact page on the website, switch to German by using the language switcher at the bottom of the page, click on "ÜBERSETZEN" on the top right to enter translation mode, change the field label in the page to your desired label and save the changes. This will store your new field label as a translated value which will be used when the website page is displayed in German.
EDIT
Thanks for explaining - I understand Pt. A now, but for B) I´m still in trouble:
My website has 3 languages: Content-sites in DE and RU, and Common-sites (as e.g. contact....) in EN.
I tried to follow you instructions but without success:

I´m very confused.
I have edited my earlier post and added a link to a video of the steps listed in B). Hope this helps.
Thanks again for your efforts, Paresh.
Unfortunately I don´t have the translation button in my German version - it´s only in EN & RU avalaible.
The working User has EN as his language and I tried it with an other User with DE as language, but it hasn´t impact.
Please see my documentation:

Edit: **SOLVED!!!**
--------
The problem was, that DE was set as default language in the website settings.
I changed it to EN and made the changes as you guided me, Paresh.
Thank you very much - you brought me into the track!
