I was trying to short the survey URL. I found Website Redirect from Website > Configuration > Redirect.
URL from /survey/start/b5d4a2fe-31bf-4a6e-af7a-9d16308fec34
URL to /survey/start/test
The moment I click Save. "Connection is lost"
I have the latest backup from today. But I can't access /web/database/selector either.
How do you fix this manually?

Hello Jason,
There should be no issue because of the redirection of the URL. However, try to login to your /web/database/selector in a private window.
If your issue is not resolved yet then kindly share your Odoo logs so that I can figure out the error precisely.
