You mean running Odoo's Backoffice and the website on different servers?
The Unique Selling Proposition of Odoo's Website Builder is its seamless integration with Odoo's backoffice. If you don't want that, for whatever reason, you should question the use of Odoo's Website Builder at all, because it is not possible to separate them with reasonable efforts.
But maybe you should try to explain in more details what you want to achieve.
